Terms and Conditions Products: All product(s) sold by VivaGarage are sale “AS IS” to the customer and intended for off-road use only. All goods remain the property of VivaGarage until customer paid in full. All aero styling Bodykit parts are made from fiberglass unless otherwise noted. Due to the nature of fiberglass products, customer should understand that fiberglass are unlike OEM plastic materials and will need modifications, such modifications would include, sanding, shaving, cutting, molding, filling gaps or removal of reinforcement bar. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the customer; VivaGarage will not be responsible for the customer’s actions. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom fiberglass bodykit experience perform the installation. Freight: VivaGarage do not held any responsibility for late shipments. All shipping time frame are given as reference only and they are all estimate. All prices quoted are supply only and does not including freight. Please provide us your postcode for accurate freight charges. Special Order: All speical order must be PAID IN FULL Vivagarage will only hold customer's original parts/bodykit in our workshops for 5 working days ONLY fromt date of invoice. After the 5th date, Vivagarage will scrape all the parts. Returns Policy: Please be aware of the following returns policy in the event you are not 100% satifisfied with your purchase. Due to nature of fiberglass products, which all of them are 100% hand-made. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only Special Order •Items that have been specifically bought in by us at the specific request of a customer will not be accepted for refund. Time •Items returned within 14 days of their purchase from us will be accepted with full adjustment provided. •Items returned more than 14 days but less than 30 days after their purchase from us will be accepted, and an adjustment of 90% of the original purchase price will be provided •Items returned to us more than 30 days after their purchase from us will not be accepted for adjustment. Condition for refund • Change of mind is NOT REFENDABLE • On sale item/s is/are NOT REFENDABLE • Customer must provide pictures of the faulty parts. • Only the ORIGINAL BUYER may request for a return of products. • Customer must provide original tax invoice. • Item/s must be in it’s original condition. Freight •Under all circumstances, costs incurred in freighting items back to the original point of purchase will be at the customer’s expense. •All initial freight charge will not be refunded.
